5 most important rules for young,soft,glowing skin

Just today i got picture how i will look in 30-40 years old if i wouldnt use any skin care products.30-40 years???it is nothing for people,live just begin and i will look like granma..
I understud this long time ago when begun interesting in beauty.It is very simple things that all girls that love themself need to do in the mornings and evenings.

1 RULE

With gentle cleansing milk for face remove all dirty from your face surface as in the morning as in the evening.If you have more oily skin recomend use (stage 3 toner then stage 2) ,if you prone to normall or dry you can use second stage(2)
The main effects:remove make-up,remove surface dirt,unblock congested pores

2 RULE

Use scrub.It will help you remove all dead cells that leave on your surface and will help look skin more healthier and it will better absorb as mask as moisturisers.
The main effects: increase blood cerculation,increase cell renewal rate,cleanse surface,refine skin texture,smoothes,evens irregularities,softens fine lines,aids absorbtion of other products


3 RULE

Toner.It is refresh your tired skin and will remove all traces of milk,scrub,very good before applying make up,because after that make up look nicer and keep longer
Recomend use toners such as: rose water(suitable for all skin types),Orange flower(for extremely oily skin),With hazel( oily/combination). THEY ALL HAVE GOOD EFFECTS ON THE SKIN ANS COST NOT SO MUCH ABOUT 3-6 eur



4 RULE

Everytime use face moisturiser,in the winter sun protector.
As different skin types need different result so recomend use just for your skin type as moisturisers as cleansing milk,scrubs


5 Rule

Such important rule 5-face mask.There are different types of them: 1.setting masks(clay tipe) basic clay masks ingredients is:powder source and liquid source (you mix them together), 2.Non setting masks (natural plant ingredients), 3.Phytotherapy masks (based on plant and herb extracts and essential oils), 4.Specialised masks (peel of masks,thermall masks,wamr oil,parafin wax).
You must use them atleast 2 a week
The main effects: deeply cleanse,refine the pores,soften the skin,moisturise,sooth and calm,reduce skin irritation,lighten skin colour,refresh the skin and stimulate the circulation that help you have nice skin colour.


If You will do so simple routine You very soon will see greate results

Very important to know your skin type because all make up all products are made for different skin types.
First of all make-up just for a while help you get rid from red spots,rednees on face,blackheads,but when in evening we remove our make-up again we see our problems.Correctly to struggle with our problems it is necessary to know as already I wrote above

Normall skin with correct oil and moisture balance

The normall skin has an ideal balance of oil and moisture and needs simply protection and maintenance in treatments.It is the evennes of colour that makes the normal skin easy to recognise:
1.Texture is fine
2.No imperfections present
3.Skinn feel warm to the touch and have smooth texture and firmness of tone


Dry/dehydrates skin with reduced oil and moisture balance

Dry/dehydrated skin needs stimulation to redress the reduced oil and moisture balance.
1.Texture is fine no visible pores,although flakiness may be present
2.Premature lines and wrinkles are evedent
3.Skin tone is soft and the skin has thin,almost transparent apperance
This skin more prone to sensitivity abd broken capillaries.Skin may look and feel tight

Oily skin

Caused by an over secretion of the sebaceous glands
1.may look sallow or dull with coarse,uneven texture due to the enlarged pores.Comedones,pustules and other primary lessions may be present and skin can appear shiny and hard

Combination skin

The classic combination skin is a modified oily skin,with a central T-zone of oiliness with the cheeks and neck showing normall or dry characteristics

Sensitive skin

This skin is thin,has very fast respons to products.Recognised by high colour or warmth

Beauty Show

Yesterday came very late,but happy as usual cause get so much nice things,got rest.Had realy greate time with girls.Got spray tan,made manicure and facial,got some make-up lessons
After show took some caps of cofee and just checked what we got.Mostly it were:biotherm,dermalogica,Sally hansen products.(I will put photo).Be honest i like all of that products.
In Biotherm i like ''Biopur pore reducer mask'',as i have oily skin and it is very difficult to control it and this products realy help me.
Dermalogica ''hydro-active mineral salt'' very relaxing and clean the skin i love it,in evening time when i take bath and pust some salt i sleep like baby
Sally Hansen ''strenghtening nail creme with Shea butter'' very good product if you have dry cuticle and broken nails,it is realy help to grom healtier nails
More products that i got i gave my friend and mum so couldnt make more photoes of them,SORRY
